3M has elevated Sarah Grauze to the role of treasurer and vice president of finance for the company. She will effectively take on the responsibilities of the role from July 1, 2018, after Matt Ginter resigns. She is currently holding the position of assistant treasurer and finance director at 3M, a role that she has been holding since 2015.
Grauze holds a master’s degree in finance from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management, and a bachelor’s degree from the University of St. Thomas.
Nicholas Gangestad, 3M senior vice president and chief financial officer, said: “Sarah is a strong leader with a broad range of finance expertise and extensive knowledge of our company.”
