Epicor Software, a business software solutions company, has released Epicor Cash Collect, an extension of the accounts receivable (A/R) module in the next-generation Epicor enterprise resource planning (ERP) software solution which helps streamline and automate A/R, credit and collections activities.
Epicor Cash Collect centralises credit and collections activities in a single database with integrated email, phone dialler options, and full reporting and analysis. It enables companies to document phone calls, review cash forecasts, track invoice disputes, and keep employees informed through automated communications.
